Cheesy Black Bean Burgers

Servings: 4 servings



Directions: Place black beans in a large bowl and mash with the back of a large spoon until smooth but still a bit chunky. Add the remaining ingredients (minus buns) and mix well with black beans. Divide the beef mixture and shape into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties. Place patties on 4-inch rack. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side for 1 (1/2-inch thick) patty. Serve with your favorite condiments.
