- 3 14.5 oz can fat free chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can fat free chili (or favorite brand)
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 14.5 oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning
- shredded monterey jack cheese
- sour cream
- 1 12 oz bag tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
pour all ingredients except last 3 into large pot and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. cool and pour into container to freeze.
when thawed, bring soup to a boil and simmer 20 min.
