  • 3 14.5 oz can fat free chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1 15 oz can fat free chili (or favorite brand)
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 14.5 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning
  • shredded monterey jack cheese
  • sour cream
  • 1 12 oz bag tortilla chips

Cooking time 20mins

Preparation

Step 1

pour all ingredients except last 3 into large pot and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. cool and pour into container to freeze.

when thawed, bring soup to a boil and simmer 20 min.

freeze in: 14 cup container
serve with: Jicama, cucumber, and orange salad
