Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta process cheese spread
  • 1 10-ounce pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken

Step 1

Cook onion in margarine until tender. Blend in soup, milk and mayonnaise; mix well. Add Velveeta, peas, egg and chicken; heat until Velveeta is melted. Serve with cornbread.
