Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound Velveeta process cheese spread
- 1 10-ounce pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken

Step 1
Cook onion in margarine until tender. Blend in soup, milk and mayonnaise; mix well. Add Velveeta, peas, egg and chicken; heat until Velveeta is melted. Serve with cornbread.
