Sesame-Ginger Beef Kebabs

Ingredients
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 gloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 each red, yellow and orange bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces

Step 1
Soak 88 wooden skewers in water, 15 min
In a smalll bowl, combine sesame oil, Lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, and salt.
Place beef in a container add marinade. Marinate 1 hr in refrigerator.
Remove beef cubes from marinade and thread on wooden skewers, alternating with bell peppers. Discard marinade.
Grill Kebabs 6-8 min. turning once, until beef reaches desired doneness and vegetables soften and brown.
