Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (20 squares)
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 pkgs. (1-8 oz. 1-3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press into a greased 8" square baking dish; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla just until blended; pour over crusts. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until almost set. Cool for 1 hour on wire rack. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Spoon filling over top.
