Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut each tortilla into 8 chip size wedges and arrange single file on cookie sheet. In a mister combine oil and lime juice and spray wedges till slightly moist. Combine cumin, chili powder and salt in a bowl and sprinkle on chips. Bake 7 minutes. Rotate pan and bake for 8 more minutes or till crispy but not too brown.
