Ingredients
- 1 C white vinegar
- 1 C sugar
- 1.5 t salt
- 1.5 t pepper
- 2 20 oz. cans yellow beans, drained
- 2 20 oz. can green beans, drained
- 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced in rings

Step 1
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a jar and shake well, until thoroughly mixed.
Let all the beans, bell pepper, and onion soak in the dressing mixture for a minimum of several hours, or overnight.
