Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb boneless chicken pieces (breast and/or thigh)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

in a freezer bag combine all ingredients (spices together first, then add liquids, then chicken). Freeze

when thawed, remove chicken, reserving marinade. grill over medium hot coals 15-20 minutes, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
