Four Layer Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 small packages instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Cool Whip
  • sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, flour and pecans. Pat into square pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

Blend powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread onto cooled crust.

Mix pudding with milk. Beat until thick. Pour onto cream cheese mixture.

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with almonds.
