Green Chili Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean stew meat (cut to bite size)
  • season with salt & pepper
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 large potatoes (cut to bite size)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup pinto beans (rinsed)
  • 8 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

I cook on high for 2-3 hrs and turn to low for

4 hrs. Or you can cook it on low 8-10 hrs.

We eat ours with corn bread
