Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean stew meat (cut to bite size)
- season with salt & pepper
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can rotel
- 2 large potatoes (cut to bite size)
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup pinto beans (rinsed)
- 8 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
I cook on high for 2-3 hrs and turn to low for
4 hrs. Or you can cook it on low 8-10 hrs.
We eat ours with corn bread
