Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 tsp table salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Oven rack to middle position. Heat oven to 475.
2. Toss carrots, olive oil and salt in pan. Spread into single layer
3. Roast 12 minutes. Shake pan to toss carrots; continue roasting about 8 minutes longer, shaking pans twice more until carrots are brown and tender.
