Freezer Lemon Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham crackers
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients to make the crust, and press into a 9x13 pan. Chill. Combine cream cheese, sugar, juice and rind. Mix until well blended. Fold in cool whip and spread over crust. Freeze. Place in refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
