Japaleno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese soft
  • 1/2 C Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 . lb. (4 oz.) Velveeta, cubed
  • 3 jalepenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 12 Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1/2 C)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and mayo until well blended. Stir in Velveeta and peppers, spread in 9 in. pie plate. Mix crumbs and butter, sprinkle over dip.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
