Jack's Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 large box Velveeta cheese
• 1 (16 oz.) bottle Miracle Whip
• 2 jars, pimentos, chopped
• cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut both cheeses into sections and grate. (I use food processor). Place grated cheese in large mixing bowl and add pimentoes. Lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Blend in Miracle Whip and lightly sprinkle again with cayenne pepper.
