Ingredients

• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 cups Flour
• 1/4 cup Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Soda
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1/3 cup Salad Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 cup Cold Water

Preparation

Step 1

Sift the first five ingredients into an un-greased pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
