Ingredients

  • Two packs of ground beef (or one very large pack)
  • 1 each of green, yellow, orange, red bell peppers
  • Green onions
  • Red onion
  • Tin diced tomatoes
  • Tin tomato sauce
  • Tin Corn niblets
  • Tin black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Tin pinto beans
  • Tin red kidney beans
  • Tin mushrooms
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • Sprinkle cumin
  • Sprinkle garlic powder
  • Sprinkle onion powder
  • Sprinkle chili powder
  • Sprinkle cayenenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in frying pan.
Place in slow cooker.
Add chopped onions, peppers, beans, mushrooms and tomato sauce and tomatoes
Add taco seasoning and spices.
Stir well.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
