Ice Box Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and flour gradually, mixing well. Stir in pecans. Shape into rolls (2 X 10 inches) and roll in waxed paper and freeze. Cut frozen dough into thin slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
