Bavarian Party Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Minced Onions
  • 1 lb. Kahn's Braunschweiger
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the onions 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from the braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper. Serve as a liver spread on crackers or thinly sliced party rye, or serve as a dip accompanied by a variety of fresh raw vegetables like carrots, celery, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes.
