Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Baby Back Ribs
- Wondra flour
- Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- 9 oz. BBQ sauce
- 2 T. chipotle in adobo
- 1/4 C. apple juice
- Heat on low and reduce

Preparation
Step 1
Remove membrane from ribs.
Cut into individual ribs
Season with seasoning.
Coat with wondra flour.
Fry 12 minutes in oil at 350 degrees, coat with sauce.
