Dijon Swordfish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large glove garlic minced
- 3/4 cups fresh basil
- 6 medium sword fish steaks

Preparation
Step 1
Wisk together mustard, win, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl until well blended. Add garlic and basil
Arrange fish in shallow baking dish large enough to hold steaks in 1 layer. Pour marinade on fish turning to coat both sided. Refrigerate 1 hour turning once
Preheat broiler.
Remove fish from marinade and place on broiler rack
Broil fish 7 inches from heat source 5-6 minutes each side
Bring marinade to boil, heat 5 minutes serve with fish
