    stewing chicken

    cup chopped celery

  • 1

    cup chopped onion

    cup chopped green pepper

    cans regular RoTel tomatoes

  • 1

    big can tomato sauce

  • 1

    package andoui sausage

Directions

Stew the chicken and clean from bones, keeping the water cooked in. Cut up the package of sausage. Put all of the cut up stuff in a big pot. Add 2 or 3 cups of rice, add 2 cups of broth per cup of rice. Bring it all to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked to your desired consistency, stirring so it does not stick to the bottom of the pot (about 30 minutes).
