White bread

Ingredients

  • Medium Loaf:
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1.5 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
