Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Creamy yogurt Dressing
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I use vanilla yogurt, better flavor)
  • 3 tabl low calorie mayonnaise
  • 3 tabl fresh lemon juice\
  • 3/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • Mix together
  • Chicken salad
  • 2 cups chicken in a can
  • 1 c. cantaloupe balls
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dry roasted cashews
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices.

Preparation

Mix and chill overnight.
