Ingredients
- Creamy yogurt Dressing
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I use vanilla yogurt, better flavor)
- 3 tabl low calorie mayonnaise
- 3 tabl fresh lemon juice\
- 3/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of black pepper
- Mix together
- Chicken salad
- 2 cups chicken in a can
- 1 c. cantaloupe balls
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/3 cup dry roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup green onion slices.
Preparation
