Ingredients
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fine minced canned jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 dash garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomato paste and water in a saucepan and whisk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Heat over med-high heat until it comes to a boil and continue to heat 3 minutes. Remove from heat to cool. Pour into sealed container and refrigerate.
