Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of soft butter
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 cup of maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of 35% cream
- 125 g of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced, roasted almonds
- Fresh fruit of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and flour to obtain kneaded butter. Put aside.
Bring the maple syrup and cream to a boil in a casserole.
Add the cream cheese and kneaded butter.
Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
When serving, add almonds and accompany with fruit.
