French honey bread

Light, crispy crust. Keeps well in plastic container for 3-4 days.

Ingredients

  • Medium loaf:
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
