Cucumber Infused Caesar

Glass: Footed pilsner rimmed with freshly ground salt and pepper

Garnish: Cucumber stick seasoned with freshly ground salt and pepper

Ingredients

• 1 oz HENDRICK'S gin
• 4 cucumber sticks (skinned, 4” long)
• 2 dashes FRANK’S REDHOT™ sauce
• 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
• 3 dashes freshly ground salt and pepper
• 4 oz Mott’s Clamato Original cocktail

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle all ingredients except for Mott’s Clamato and ice in a mixing glass. Then add Mott’s Clamato and ice and mix thoroughly. Strain mixture into a rimmed footed pilsner glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cucumber stick seasoned with freshly ground salt and pepper.
