Lyn Wolf's Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pesto:
  • 2 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nutes
  • puree in food process
  • Mix until smooth
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz. sundried tomatoes - chop until fine

Preparation

Step 1

Layer:
6 cup mold
line with plastic
cream cheese
pesto
tomatoes

Saran wrap - 2 hours.
