Turkey Meatballs in Dill Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 dry bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
- Dill Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1-1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 c. half and half cream

Step 1
Mix all meatball ingredients together. Roll into balls and place in 9x13" greased pan. Bake at 325º for about 20-30 minutes until done. For sauce; melt butter in skillet. Blend in flour, cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Add broth, stirring until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in dill and meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Pour in cream & continue stirring until thickened & smooth, about 15 minutes. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
