Spinach Dip

An easy dip to make. Great for parties or picnics.

Ingredients

• 1-10 oz spinach, cooked and drained
• 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Hollow out a round bread. Cut the bread you pull out into cubes. Fill the hollowed bread with dip and put bread cubes around the shell. You can also add assorted raw veggies.
