BLUEBERRY CRISP

Ingredients

  • 9 c fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/3 c firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Streusel topping
  • 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c uncooked regular oats
  • 1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss until berries are coated. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spoon topping over berry mixture

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 servings
