Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Mix in oats. Let dough chill several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
