Salmon with Horseradish Cream

  • 1/2 c plain yogurt
  • 4 tsp. drained horseradish
  • 2 T chopped chives
  • salmon steaks



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil glass pie plate. Combine yogurt, horseradish, and chives in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Season salmon with salt and pepper lightly. Spread 1 T yogurt mixture over each salmon steak. Bake salmon until just cooked through. (about 18 minutes) transfer to plate. Garnish with chives. Serve using the remaining yogurt mixture as sauce.
