  • Crust:
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Mix well. Roll into small balls and place in mini muffin tin. Use thumb to make a hole in the middle. Set aside.

Filling:
Mix well. Then spoon small amount into cups. Do not overfill because they rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
