- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4- 1 cup sour cream
- garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Vidalia onion
The dressing is 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar, (dissolved in the vinegar)
3/4 cup to 1 cup of sour cream, depending on how creamy you like it. Then season with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Slice Vidalia onions thinly and add it to the cucumbers. Sometimes, if I'm feeling energetic, will finely mince garlic instead of using garlic powder.
It's best if it can sit a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.
