Ingredients
- 5-6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 can dices tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 C white vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 3 springs of rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
1. Arrange chicken in 9x13" pan
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
3. Place fresh rosemary over chicken
4. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
