Chicken and tomatoes with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 5-6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 can dices tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C white vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 springs of rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

1. Arrange chicken in 9x13" pan
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
3. Place fresh rosemary over chicken
4. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
