Fettuccini in Basil Cream

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3-4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Saute garlic 1 min until fragrant. Add tomatoes, wine and basil. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Add cream, simmer 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss with fettuccine and top with parmesan cheese.
