Hearty Six-Can Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (15.5 oz each) chili beans in sauce, undrained
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

1) Place ground beef & onion to 4-qt pot. Cook & stire over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into small crumbles. Drain if necessary.
2) Add all other ingredients to meat mixture.
3) Bring to a boil; reduce heat & simmer uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
