Ingredients
- 8 oz. penne pasta
- 1 can Progresso Parmesan basil cooking sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1" pieces
- 4 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tea. grated lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta; drain.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, bring sauce to boil. Reduce to low. Stir in chicken; cook until heated through, 1/2 minutes. Stir in pasta, spinach, tomatoes, zest and 1/4 tea. pepper until spinach is slightly wilted.
Serve immediately.
