Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper diced
- 3 cans green chilies - (4 1/2 oz ea) chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped tip to tip
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper - (to 1 1/2)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder - (to 1)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt - (to 1 1/2)
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro - (to 4) (optional)
