Ingredients

  • CREAM TOPPING:
  • l pkg. pillsbury sugar cookie dough (16.5oz.)
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 8 oz. package of cool whip
  • 1/2 cup confectionary sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • FRUIT:
  • strawberries
  • 2 kiwi
  • blueberries
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • GLAZE:
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Step 1

1.) DOUGH: Slice sugar cookie dough and place around
pizza pan, slightly overlapping each row. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

2.) CREAM TOPPING: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Blend cool whip with mixture and spread on crust.

3.) Top with sliced fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, blueberries), and arrange attractively.

4. GLAZE: In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook and stir over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 or 2 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat. Allow to cool, but not set up. Spoon over fruit. Chill for two hours, then cut into wedges and serve.
