Ruby's Apple Pie

Ingredients

• Heat oven at 400 degrees.
• See Pie Crust handed done from Ruby Dynek
• 5 Medium Apples - sliced
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 Tbls. flour
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the above and put into bottom crust. Dot with butter. Put on the top crust. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with little sugar. Cut vent into top crust to allow steam to escape.Brush edge of crust with milk to keep from over browning.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake for 45 minutes.
