Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- Dough
- 2 c milk
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 pkg yeast
- 4 c flour
- 1/2 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1/2 scant tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c four
- Filling
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1/4 c cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- Maple Icing
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/4 c milk
- 3 TBSP butter melted
- 1/8 c coffee
- dash salt
- 1 tsp maple extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, oil and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until blended, do not boil. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 1 minute. Add to 4 C of flour and stir until combined. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in warm location.
Remove cover and add baking powder, baking soda, salt and remaining flour. Stir thoroughly until combined. Roll out dough into a large rectangle 30"x10"
Filling
Pour 1 cup of melted butter over dough and spread to edges. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll beginning at end furthest from you. Pinch seam together and slice into 1 1/2" slices.
Pour melted butter into pie pan and coat. place 7 rolls in each pie pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Glaze
Whisk together powdered sugar, butter, milk, coffee and salt. Whisk until smooth and pour over baked rolls.
