Ingredients
- BOURBON, MOLASSES & SPICE
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tea. dry mustard
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- BALSAMIC-HONEY MUSTARD
- 2 tea. crushed black pepper corns
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- CRANBERRY GINGER
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- /34 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tea. grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- CITRUS HONEY
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1/4 tea. each cinnamon, ginger and cloves
- COLA KISSED GLAZE
- 12 oz. Coke
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tea. cloves
- Brown sugar
- FRUIT 'n' SPICE GLAZE
- 1/2 cup warm marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- MAPLE DIJON GLAZE
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Bourbon, Molasses & Spice
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring yo a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture is reduced by half and cots the back of a spoon, 12-15 minutes.
Balsamic-Honey Mustard
Crush peppercorns and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup glaze for serving.
Cranberry Ginger
In a saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Transfer to a blender. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and puree until smooth. reserve 1/2 cup glaze for serving.
Citrus Honey
Combine all ingredients. Brush on ham.
Cola Kissed Glaze
Place all ingredients in pan. Add ham; sprinkle with brown sugar. Baste ham as it cooks.
Fruit 'n' Spice Glaze
Combine all ingredients. Brush on ham.
Maple Dijon Glaze
Combine all ingredients. Brush on ham
