Ingredients
- Roll:
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Filling:
- 1-8 oz cream cheese soften
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powder sugar

Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Grease cookie sheet with crisco and line with wax paper. Pour batter onto wax paper. Bake 15 minutes @ 375 degrees, no longer. Sprinkle powdered sugar on dish towel & flip dough onto towel. Peel off wax paper. Roll up in towel and freeze 30 minutes.
Make filling, then remove and unroll dough. Spread on filling, re-roll, wrap in foil and freeze overnight.
