Ingredients

3 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 C. milk
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cooking time 10mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first four ingredients.
Add cheese to taste.
Stir frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is just starting to boil.
Remove from heat and serve over your favorite veggies.
