Ingredients
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 10 large apples
- 2 T. butter
- 10 " pie plate
- 2 pie crusts

Step 1
425 degrees. Peel, core and slice apples thin (I use a $19.99 peeler/corer/slicer thingy) Mix all together, pour into 10" plate, top with butter. Bake 40-50 mins till crust is cooked and apples are bubbly
