Layered Angel Food cake with pineapple filling

Ingredients

• Angel Lush:
• Dessert
• 1 Angel Food Cake mix
• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
• 1 cup thawed Cool Whip or whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and cook the Angel Food cake as directed. Set aside to cool. When cool, cut horizontally into three layers.

To make filling:
Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in a medium bowl. Stir in whipped topping.

To assemble:

Spread topping between the Angel Food layers. Top with fresh mixed berries. Chill for 1 hour.
