Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar**
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Substitute 1/4 cup malt powder for 2 Tbsp sugar.
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In separate bowl, beat together milk, egg and oil
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture.
Stir just enough to blend
Let pancake mix rest in refrigerator at least 10-15 minutes.
Pour 1/4 cup onto prepared skillet.
